Privacy Policy

logayo operates the logayo website and Progressive Web App, a service that tracks retail sales and discounts across Pakistani brands. Our registered contact details are at the bottom of this page.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service:

• Account details — your email address (and optional display name) when you sign up or subscribe. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store them.
• Subscription & billing records— the plan you bought, dates and amount. Card and mobile-wallet details are entered on our payment partner's secure pages and are never stored on our servers.
• Preferences — favourite brands, alert thresholds and notification settings you configure.
• Usage analytics — pages viewed, brands clicked and approximate time spent, used to improve the app and personalise your experience. Anonymous visitors are identified only by a random device id, not by name.
• Location— if you enable "Sales near me" or "Sale Radar", your device location is used on your device to calculate distance to stores. We do not transmit or store your coordinates.
• Push tokens — if you enable notifications, a device push token so we can send sale alerts.

• To create and manage your account and subscription.
• To send the sale alerts and notifications you asked for.
• To personalise the brands and categories we show you.
• To improve, secure and troubleshoot the service.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We rely on Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, and cloud messaging) and a Pakistani payment gateway to process subscriptions. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law after that. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time using the contact details below.

You may access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or turn off notifications and location at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. You can revoke notification and location permissions in your browser or device settings.

logayo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
