Return & Refund Policy

logayo Premium is a digital subscription. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to return. This policy covers refunds of subscription payments.

Our 7-day Premium trial is free and is the best way to decide if Premium is right for you. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends at no cost.

If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, provided the subscription has not been substantially used to abuse the service.

• You can cancel Premium at any time from the Pricing / Subscription page in your account.
• On cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of the period you already paid for; it simply does not renew.
• Beyond the 7-day window above, part-used monthly or annual periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you were charged twice, or charged in error, contact us with your payment details and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge promptly.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card, JazzCash or EasyPaisa) via our payment gateway. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
